Making a Difference and Raising the Bar

Next Level Solutions proudly announces another groundbreaking year in its commitment to breast cancer awareness, with the Men Wear Pink campaign led by COO Michael Smith. Not only did the campaign set a new company record, but it also broke the Missouri state record for the second consecutive year.

In 2022, Michael Smith's campaign raised an impressive $25,000, setting a record for the most funds raised in Missouri since the inception of Men Wear Pink in 2015.

Building on this success, the 2023 campaign, which saw a Pink kickoff hosted at NLS with the American Cancer Society and Ozarks Fox AM, exceeded all expectations, culminating in a total of $26,902 raised for the cause.

A True Team Effort

The campaign's success was driven by the collective efforts of the Next Level Solutions' team. A remarkable 118 employees donated $25 or more, earning them the coveted 2023 "In October, we wear pink" shirt. The company's Pink store, along with community outreach featuring over 100 rubber ducks distributed with a QR code, contributed to raising over $400.

An integral part of the fundraising initiative was the company party on October 17, which raised an additional $5,700. Two generous employees donated their raffle winnings back to the cause, resulting in a grand total of $8,200 for the night.

Doing Good Work in the Community

Along with fundraising, Next Level Solutions actively participated in community events. Public Relations Manager, Hailey Kolstad was on the planning committee and served as the team recruit chair for the 2023 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. The company had a robust presence at the first annual Shades of Pink Luncheon as a table sponsor with 10 attendees. Notably, Next Level Solutions had representation on four different teams during the walk, which took place on October 28th.

The collective efforts of the NLS team contributed to the Making Strides event's phenomenal success, with a total of $105,000 raised.

The commitment to breast cancer awareness at Next Level Solutions extends far beyond monetary donations, embodying the company's core belief in making a meaningful impact in the community.
