(Portland, ME) – Next Level Solutions (NLS), the only, on-shore Duck Creek-based certified, full-stack implementation partner, is pleased to announce the hiring of three industry professionals with significant experience in the implementation of Duck Creek technology.

Tom Pendergrass has joined as Technical Lead. For the past nine years, Pendergrass held a variety of positions within the Duck Creek space, including a role as the Manager of Product Implementation. Tom brings extensive software expertise to NLS and possesses a wide range of product knowledge. Some of Tom’s accomplishments include leading Agency Port implementations for a Duck Creek full suite client, building reusable content that is now part of the Base Platform, and a long list of PAS implementations.
Bill White is now on board as a Principle Architect. A 38-year veteran in the technology field, White’s previous work experience includes 15 years working with the Duck Creek platform, spending six of those as both the Lead Field Engineer and Lead Technical Software Architect. Over Bill’s journey with Duck Creek he has fostered a long list of network relationships. He’s also been instrumental in full suite, claims, and DCOD projects from a. Leadership and architectural perspective.
Brandon Rogg has been hired as a Solution Architect with NLS. Rogg brings twelve years of experience with him to his position, including twelve years of experience working with Duck Creek Technologies. Throughout Brandon’s career he has been involved in a variety of Duck Creek client projects. Most notably, Brandon lead the PAS/Billing development for a “headless” implementation of a major carrier. He also lead the Platform Upgrade for an international carrier through 2 major platform versions. Most recently, Brandon was the PAS Architect for full suite DCOD client
