NLS Marks Four Years of Growth, Service

Four years of providing outstanding service, innovation, knowledge, and solutions is worth celebrating. This past Saturday, July 16, 2022, Next Level Solutions marked another milestone in its already-storied history by marking its fourth anniversary.

Led by Chris Sawyer and Michael Smith, Next Level Solutions has grown from its two initial employees to an international company with more than 300 talented resources in the U.S. and across the globe. “We knew our business model would fill a void in the insurance technology space, and seeing it come together so fast has been incredibly gratifying,” said Chris Sawyer, CEO. “Though we’ve experienced significant growth, we‘ve remained focused on our mission to DO GOOD WORK in every initiative and decision we make. That philosophy, combined with an outstanding team of talented individuals, has allowed us to achieve huge success in a short period of time.”  NLS’ COO, Michael Smith added, “We’re excited for the future, and to see how we can build upon our strong foundation to provide solutions and service to our customers and the industry.”

Though focused on the years ahead, Sawyer and Smith did highlight a few of the special moments and milestones from the past year. “Our organization is hyper-focused on projects and doing our jobs, but it’s always fun to reflect upon how much we completed over the course of 12 months,” Sawyer said.

Some of NLS’ highlights from the last year include moving its Springfield, MO headquarters to a new location, expanding the Puerto Rico office, being named as the Fastest Growing Company for the second consecutive year by the Springfield Business Journal, receiving the honor as one of the BEST PLACES TO WORK in the Springfield region, and continuing to expand its workforce - adding unmatched experience to strengthen its talent and knowledge offering.

Smith said, “We never imagined we’d be where we are in just four years. The ability to find quality talent with a commitment to service and excellence has been critical to our success. We cannot express our appreciation enough to the people inside and outside of our organization who have contributed to our first four years. We’re all ready to take this team and company to a new level as we move into our fifth year. We can’t wait to see what’s next!”
