After launching foundational products for both short-haul and long-haul trucking, the client needed to rapidly scale their rollout across dozens of states—without sacrificing quality, stability, or compliance. But the road ahead wasn’t simple.

The rollout required managing multiple overlapping timelines, with different states progressing through requirements, development, UAT, and deployment at the same time. New compliance rules and shifting priorities meant frequent last-minute changes, sometimes days before release. Adding to the complexity, the client was also undergoing a major test automation platform migration mid-project, with thousands of test cases needing to be updated or rebuilt on the fly.
